Oct 29 - Message to Families

Good afternoon! Today is Friday, October 29 and this is a message for all Raiders and their families.

As you now know, all schools in our district are having an “operational day” today. Students are learning from home today and we encourage all of our Raiders to read for ½ and hour and play a Math based game and get at least 30 minutes of Physical Activity.

At this time, we do not know what plans will be in place for students next week. If school is closed on Monday, November 1, students should access their “TEAMS” site online and complete the “One Day at Home” work packets in their Homeroom Team file (teachers have reviewed this with students several times).

If schools are still closed after Monday, we will continue to support student learning from home and will send more information to families with details at that time.

We will be delaying the return of ASAP until at least November 8.

We plan on having our school-wide bingo activity on the first Friday that students are back in the building….bingo cards and prizes are all set to go.

Many details are still to come and we will share these as soon as possible. Don’t worry…we will do whatever we can to support our Raiders!

Please feel free to contact me at Trudy.McGrath@nbed.nb.ca if you have any questions (I hope I will have some answers!)

Be kind to one another!

Thank you for your support and patience.

Ms. T. McGrath
